General

Responsibility:

  • define project scope of work & schedule
  • support & manage installation work
  • manage site constrain & difficult working environments
  • submit daily report to Operation Director
  • monitor & manage project cost
  • monitor site progress & complete within time, quality & safety
  • complete all defect work & handover project
  • maintain high standard of product quality & workmanship

Requirement:

  • Degree in Interior Design or related
  • At least 5 years working experience in related field
  • Familiar with constriction site & has strong site knowledge
Design

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Degree in Industrial / Furniture Design or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently & under pressure.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Design software.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with supplier & Directors to establish the design brief & production criteria.
  • Taking part in multi disciplinary team meetings.
  • Producing detailed / specifications drawing to produce production specification including parts list & costing.
  • Making prototypes by alias with supplier & production team.
  • Perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads if deem need.
About The Job
  • Follow-up on sales inquiries and provide solutions, ideas and feedback to clients.
  • Make presentation to clients.
  • Monitor and liaise with site team/ sub-contractors in the progress of project.
  • Ensure the proposed design and/ or project is completed on time.
  • Handle the project from design concept to completion.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the superior and/ or management.
Job Requirements
  • Good in interior design sense.
  • Required skills: MS Office, 3D Studio Max, Vray, Adobe Photoshop and AutoCad.
  • Flair for good design and colour.
  • Create, self-motivated, responsible,has good working attitudes.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Good in time management.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Site coordination skills will be an added advantage.
  • Has flexibility for focus on client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent project in various stages of development.
Marketing/Sales

Responsibility:

  • planning & organizing promotional activities with marketing department for digital channels.
  • develop various online strategies accordance to the budget given.
  • actively maintain a strong relationship with platform & explore business opportunities to maximize sales.
  • monitor digital platforms, social media content performance & derive actionable insights for optimization plan.
  • other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business / marketing / advertising.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in online / market place business.
  • knowledge on social media, E-commerce, Google Analytics, Google Adwords.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
  • Fresh graduates are OK to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development & performance of all project sales activities of all assigned product ranges within the project sales channel.
  • Servicing & developing existing & potential new customers towards the achievement of profitability & growth of turnover in line with company vision.
  • Develop monthly / quarterly sales strategy to penetrate to the assigned project sales channels to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing & approval, while striving to maintain maximum turnover growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers & thought leaders that can positively impact sales strategy.
  • Provide timely feedback to team leader regarding sales performance & market trend.
  • Assist in the development & implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Attractive commission & quarterly incentive available for this position.
 
Job Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in sales or project sales of building / construction / interior materials or furniture industry.
  • Proven sales management experience in construction / furniture, hardware industry / home appliances / sanitary or related fields is a plus.
  • Tertiary qualification in any related subjects is preferred but is not a must.
  • Having good networks with the decision makers of contractors, interior designer is preferred.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with solid negotiation & commercial capabilities.
  • Willing to travel domestically & work independently.
  • Strong sales management skills.
  • A team player.
